RETURNS

1. INITIATE A RETURN

Please use our support email (support@pr3stanza.com) to initiate your return. You will need your order number and email address. Please note the following requirements:

- The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
- The item has not been used, washed, or altered.
- The return is made within 14 days of delivery..

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds of sale items, pre order articles or gift cards. On non-pre-order Products only exchanges can be made if the Products are in stock. (size changes)

2. SHIP THE ITEM

Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and ensure that all tags and labels are attached. Note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using DHL. Send the package to the following address:

3. RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGE

Once we have received the item and confirmed that it meets our return conditions, we will process the exchange. The exchange will be issued with the same Delivery type that got used for the purchase within 10-15 business days. All return costs need to be borne by the customer. 

Consequences of Cancellation

Should you cancel this contract, we are required to refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date we received the cancellation notice. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The deadline is considered met if the goods are dispatched within the 14-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Special Notes

If this contract is financed through a loan and you subsequently cancel it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation for the financing. If the loan amount has already been disbursed to us when the cancellation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract concerning the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. This does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currency, or derivatives).

To avoid contractual obligations as much as possible, exercise your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.
