Shipping Time:

Once the Products are in the warehouse the orders are typically delivered within 14-24 working days, not including weekends. For international orders (outside of europe) the estimated shipping time is 3-4 Weeks.

Note: For pre-order items, the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 weeks.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

Customs Fees, Taxes & Loses:

For EU & International Shipping additional customs fees and taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond the originally estimated delivery times. By ordering from us, you are considered an "importer" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the goods. We are not liable or responsible if you violate any such laws. If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect and the package has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee delivery. We do not accept chargebacks or offer exchanges for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
